If a Party (Affected Party),is prevented in whole or in part from carrying out its obligation under the Agreement,or is delayed in doing so,as a result of a Force Majeure Event the Affected Party must,as soon as practicable,notify the other Party accordingly.That notice must:
(a) specify the obligations and the extent to which the Affected Party cannot perform those
obligations;
(b) fully describe the Force Majeure Event;
(c) estimate the time during which the Force Majeure Event will continue; and
(d) specify the measures proposed to be adopted to remedy or minimize the effects of the Force Majeure Event;
(2) The Affected Party must use all reasonable efforts to remove the cause of the Force Majeure Event,except that the Affected Party is not obliged to settle any industrial dispute on terms not acceptable to it.
(3) If following notice of a Force Majeure Event under clause 11 (1) (a),the Force Majeure Event substantially prevents the Affected Party from performing it’s obligations under the Agreement within any period specified or implied in the Agreement for the performance of those obligations,the period during which those obligations are to be performed or carried out shall be extended for a period equal to the period during which performance of the obligation is substantially prevented as a result of the Force Majeure Event.
(4) If the Force Majeure Event continues for more than 90 days and clauses 11 (1)(a) and clause 11(2) have been complied with,either Party may,by notice in writing to the other Party,elect to cancel the Agreement.
(5) Notwithstanding anything contained in this clause 11,the Buyer is not entitled to suspend acceptance of delivery of the Product delivered in accordance with clause 2.1.

（ 3 ）如果以下通知,不可抗力事件,根据第11 （ 1 ） （ a ）条,不可抗力事件大幅阻止受影响的一方履行它的义务,根据该协议在任何指明的期间内,或暗示,在该协议为履行这些义务,期间,这些义务要履行,或进行应延长为一期,以平等的期间履行义务的是大幅防止由于不可抗力事件.
（ 4 ）如果不可抗力事件持续90天以上和第11 （ 1 ） （ a ）和第11 （ 2 ）得到遵守,任何一方均可,以书面通知另一方,选出取消该协定.
