2.B 你能用更少的钱和人做更多的事吗?可数名词用few,不可数用little,people虽然单复同形,但可数.

你可以这么记,反义疑问翻译成中文就是“……不是吗”,如果主语是I,自己怎么会对自己有怀疑,所以不用反问自己,只用反问自己话里的内容;只有当主语是别人,你才会说“他怎么怎么样,不是吗?”
当然,如果主句中没有think believe ……,那就无视这个规则,主语是谁就反问谁.
