政府诚信是诚信作用于政府领域,是对政府组织及政府组成人员提出的诚信要求.随着社会主义市场经济的发展和民主法制建设进程的加快,我国政府诚信逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,因此探讨政府诚信具有重要的现实意义.本文将依托政府诚信的现状,提出此题目研究的重要意义和目的,根据相关理论,对其缺失的原因进行分析和研究,最终,提出政府诚信缺失的治理对策.希望本文能对政府诚信的切实提高产生一定的积极影响.
本论文是黑龙江省社会科学基金项目“大庆市社会诚信度调查与诚信体系建设研究”的主要组成部分.

大庆市社会诚信度调查与诚信体系建设研究:”Research on Social Credibility Investigation and Construction of Credibility System”
Government’s credibility (GC) means that credibility acts on government
field.It is the credible demand put forward for government organizations and government personnel.Along with the development of socialist market economy and the acceleration of the construction of democracy and laws,Chinese GC will be the focus of the public gradually,thus it has important practical significance to study and discuss GC.This paper put forward the research significance and objects of this theme based on GC status,then analyzed and studied the cause of GC lack according to relative theories,finally the author put forward the countermeasure to GC lack.The author expected that this paper will bring some positive effects on the actual improvement of GC.
This paper is a main component of “Research on Social Credibility Investigation and Construction of Credibility System in Daqing” supported by Heilongjiang Social Science Administration Office.
