3、最后一到工序是在肉表面稍稍刷一点调稀的蜂蜜再烤一下就可以了;
4、上桌的时候先用片刀将肉表面的酥香表皮切下来,然后再放烤炉上继续烤制,一直重复这道工序,直到吃完为止,上餐的时候,片肉的动作要潇洒麻利,给人要有一种表演的风格和可欣赏的乐趣.
