"San Fang Qi Xiang” is the abbreviation of ten lanes and alleys which are in a row from north to south in South Backstreet, Fuzhou city. Three areas in the west are called "Fang" and seven blocks in the east are called "Xiang". From north to south, there are Yijin Lane, Wenru Lane, Guanglu Lane, Yangqiao Alley, Langguan Alley, Anmin Alley, Huang Alley, Ta Alley, Gong Alley and Jipi Alley. The first three are called "San Fang" and the later seven are called "Qi Xiang".
