Abstract
Whit the development of science and technology and progress of socience,the business environment has fundamentally changed.First,new economy with knowledge economy as the main features formed gradually.Second,trend of globalization emerginged.Third,as the information technology deceloped rapidly,Internet-based economy became ascendant.In this backdrop,enterprises were also faced with complex and changing competitive environment.To survive we must continue to be technical,institutional and managemental innovative.Staff training was an important and necessary way to keep the enterprise in an invincible position in the modern society.In this paper with Comtech staff training methods as a start,will talk about the importance of staff training and how to enhance the training results through innovative.
Comtech Group,as a well-known company of China's IT industry was good at staff training,but in some areas there were some problems still.So this paper,Comtech staff training system was researched.At the very beginning,importance of the staff training system on business was introduced,then some of the current system of staff training of Comtech to be reviewed.Drawbacks existed in the Comtech training system pointed out,followed with the countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,research for Comtech's employee training system was summarized.
