Use White Carton
Hang Tags - All of Sam's products will have a hang tag.The hang tag should be printed on 80 lb paper - either gloss coated or matte finished.FDS/FBIS will advise before printing whether it should be matte or gloss - but for quoting purposes you should plan on gloss.Cindy notes:Pls see attached picture “Hangtag” for your reference only.
Label - All of Sam's products that are in cartons will require 4 colored labels.All labels should be printed on 70lb.litho paper,gloss coated on 1 side.
4) Wal-Mart Product – 275lbs brown carton with 2 color label and one hangtag.

19.Color panel request 11pcs (18” x 14”),following Furniture Brands’ color board standard.
20.Salesmen panel request (Required for all the new groups) -- Cindy notes:All the new group needs to have 35pcs salesman panels (3” x 8”) go with samples.Need to mark the group number and factory name at the back of the panel so that customer can identify when they receive them.
21.Correct cubes on original quote – Most important - Please keep in mind that product/carton size,cubes and container quantities need to be as accurate as possible.Everyone must know the importance of cubing.The wrong cube will hurt the business UNLESS WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE IS WILLING TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE IN THE FOB COST!The customer will claim the increased cost per pcs,which is the difference in the cost of freight.-- Cindy notes:FDS always requires having accurate cube on the initial quote,or once you get samples done.We can’t change the cube once it’s finalized and send to customer,as it will be used to figure out freight rate,any changes on the cube results in cost increase will need for factory to absorb the difference.
