I think the most important quality of a person should be honesty.
理由如下
The reasons are as follows.
首先,只有诚实的人才能获得真正的友谊和他人的信赖
Firstly, only honest people can get true friendships and the trust of others'.
其次,一个人没有诚心的人将会一无所获
Secondly, without honesty, a person will achieve nothing.
此外,若无诚信,社会将称为充满恐惧与邪恶之所
Further more, but for honesty, society will be a place filled with horror and evilness.
因此我确信诚信绝对是非常重要的.
Hence, I believe that honesty is defintely important.

1.There are both positive and negative aspects of working hard. 艰苦工作有利有弊.Hard work promotes the economic development and equip people with the quality of pesevereness, which is truly important for both individuals and the whole society. 艰苦工作促进经济发展,且让人拥有坚强的品质,这对于社会和个人都是十分重要的.However, people are also opressed by the great stress caused by hard work.然而,艰苦工作也会让人压力太大.
2.The reasons why there exist heavy traffic is that the science and technology has developed to such an extent that people can't live without cars. They drive every where and aimost forget to walk or riding bicycles. That's obviously not good for people's healths, lest the development of society. 交通堵塞的原因在于,科技已发展到了这样一种程度,那就是人们无法离开汽车而活.他们到哪儿都开车甚至差不多忘记了走路或骑自行车.这显然对人们健康不利,更别说是社会发展了.
3.There are both positive and negative aspects of living in a domitory. On the one hand, living in a domitory can not only save time, but also cultivate the ability of manage one's life on his own. On the other hand, living in a domitory means one should get himself adapt to others' life style, which may be extremely difficult for some people. 宿舍生活有利有弊.一方面,住宿不仅可以节省时间,还能培养自理能力.另一方面,住宿就意味着一个人必须让自己适应他人的生活方式,这对于一些人来说是极其困难的.

5. In the past few weeks, I did quite a well job which satisfies not only the boss, but also my co-workers. I was busy doing my work but also happy.
