用英文写一篇最喜欢吃的食物是土豆和其制作方法
My flavourite food is potato, and I enjoy boiled potatoes for its simplicity and powdery texture,This is how I make it:
Firstly, I place the peeled potatoes
in a large saucepan, and I add just enough cold water to cover the tops of
the potatoes, then I add about 1 teaspoon of salt to the water.
Afterwards I turn the stove on high and bring the water to boil, as soon as the water begins to bubble, I reduce the heat to medium low and continue to boil for another 30 minutes. I always cover the pan with a lid.
Lastly I drain the potatoes in a colander.
