The Technical Committee would also request you to note the following norms for your technical paper:
1.The overall length of a paper should not normally exceed six A4 pages set in two columns.
2.The time for Oral Presentations will be a maximum of 20 minutes,including time for any questions & answers.No commercial/sales promotion is allowed during presentation.
3.The full text of the technical paper should be submitted within the due date vide email (irmaindia@hotmail.com).The print area will be 16 cm width and 22.5 cm height.
4.The papers should be set in Times Roman font as follows
a.The title should be left aligned,in 24pxs all capital,italics
b.The names of the authors and organizations should be in 14 pts normal,upper/lower case
c.A short abstract or introduction (within 200 words,along with key words) in italics,10 pts
d.The sectional or sub-headings should be in 12 pts bold.
e.Headings for tables,illustrations,graphs etc should be in Times Roman bold 10 pts upper/lower case
f.The body text should be in should be in Times Roman normal 10 pts upper/lower case
g.The references are to be duly cited at the end of the text,with the name of the authors,the title of the book,the name and issue number and year of publication referred to.

a.标题应左对齐,用24pts （字号24）,全大写,斜体.
b.作者的名字和单位用14号标准字体字,分大小写.
c.简短的摘要或引言（200字内,要有关键词）用斜体,10号字.
d.章节或子标题用12号黑体.
e.表、插图、图形等的标题用10号标准Times Roman字体,分大小写.
f.正文用10号标准Times Roman字体,分大小写.
g.参考材料（书目）应在正文后面适当地列出,包括：作者姓名、资料标题、名称和参考的发行期号.
