For the payment of which sum The Seller and The Surety bind themselves,their successors and assigns jointly and severally by these presents,in consideration of the Advance Payment payable by the Buyer to the Seller.
WHEREAS the Seller by an Agreement made between the Buyer of the one part and the Seller of the other part has entered into a Contract (hereinafter called “the said Contract”) for the supply of certain material therein mentioned in conformity the provisions of the said Contract.
The value of this bond shall be progressively reduced by the amount deducted by the Buyer from the Seller as contain in the certificates and payments against the said Advance Payment.
The bond shall remain valid until the Buyer receives full repayment of the Advance Payment amount form the Seller
