这道题目主要就是看第一个空选什么介词.
tie A to B 解释为“把A捆绑（或者说是拴）在B上”
至于 beside 和near 应该都可以填在第二的空,差别只是beside是在...的傍边 near是在...附近
besides和上述两个词一点关系也没有,解释为除了
