Dear Sirs,
Thank you very much for your letter of April 7,2009 and We’re very glad to receive your invitation of meeting.
We really look forward to the invitation,but our manager is on business trip now,and I have checked his itinerary to be sorry that he will be on a business trip aboard early May,so he may not be able to go to Shanghai.
If possible,I will go on his behalf,or can you come to Qingdao ,We will be very appreciated if you can.Please kindly let us know your views.
We do not participate in this exhibition you referred to in the last letter,and please kindly provide us some detailed information about it.
We are looking forward to hearing from you!

We REALLY WANT TO MEET YOU IN SHANGHAI. OUR manager is on business trip now,and I have checked WITH his itinerary THAT UNFORTUNATELY he will be on a business trip aboard early May,THEREFORE he may not be able to go to Shanghai.
If possible, I will go on his behalf. OR IF YOU ARE ABLE TO COME to Qingdao ,We will be very appreciated if you can. Please kindly let us know your COMMENTS.
