但我不明白为什么不用A?帮我解释一些,

其实这句话就是
i have not learnt anything about the project that will be completed soon until yesterday.
很显然要用晚场时态,看的时候有两个特点：
1.until 一般出现until就要开始考虑用完成时态了
2.be completed soon 这个project还没结束,所以我not learning anything的状态很可能一直持续,所以不可能用过去时态的
