我知道这里的brother's是名词所有格,可相当于形容词或名词,而your后面跟名词,请问将上面的Is this suit your brother's?写成Is this suit your brother's?两者的意思有变化吗?
是将Is this suit your brother's？写成Is this suit your brother？
不可以.遇到疑问句不懂的话就转化成肯定句
比如这句 is this suit your brother's?这件西服是你哥哥的吗?
就转化成 This suit is your brother's.这件西服是你哥哥的.
your brother's 你也知道是名词所有格 表达的是 你哥哥（弟弟）的“衣服”
如果变成 Is this suit your brother
转化成肯定句就是 this suit is your brother.这件西服是你哥哥.
显然 意思改变了 所以不可以
