Relative Clause
1.I didn't believe them at first,but in fact everything_____was true.
A.they said that B.that they said C.which they said D.what they said
为什麼答案是B
这句不是non-defining吗?non-defining不是不可以用that的吗?
不是defing 才可以用that,defing没有逗号,但这句有逗号,只有non-defining才有逗号,但non-defining不是不可以用that的吗?

非限制性定语从句不可以用that,但问题是,这句话本身就是一个限制性定语从句!
并不是说有逗号就是非限制定语从句了,至少你还要看清那个逗号的位置吧,这里逗号的位置直接放在该从句前面了,而不是引导词和先行词之间,没有丝毫关系,那又怎么会是非限制性定语从句呢~
举个例子吧：
The sun heats the earth ,which makes it possible for plants to grow .
太阳给予大地热量,这就使植物的生长成为可能.
这句是非限定性定语从句,注意先行词the earth和引导词which之间隔了逗号.
楼主的句子,先行词是everything,后面没有逗号,所以可以用that
