本文借鉴国内外社会网络研究中的相关理论、方法,结合连队特征及实际情况,以三个连队的士兵（其中有好的连队,也有差的连队；有步兵连队,也有兵种连队,在此说明步兵连队管理要比兵种连队严格,兵种连队指的是汽车连、坦克连、修理连等）为研究对象,采用社会网络分析方法,抽取320名士兵样本进行了相关调查.从社会网络的构成现状入手,分别对连队社会网络的关系构成、规模、密度以及组合进行了调查,发现连队士兵社会网络存在老乡关系、同年兵关系、志趣相投关系和党团组织关系四种小团体关系.进一步分别对各个连队的这四种关系构成进行分析,如网密度、网凝聚度和中心度,从而得出三个连队的四种小团体关系构成差异.为研究士兵是怎么样利用这些关系为自己在情感、物质、信息和社交上提供帮助的,从这些差异中为连队建设的稳定性提出参考数据,便于上级对基层连队管理水平优劣作出评判.

This article draws lessons from domestic and international social networks in the study of related theories, methods, combined with the characteristics and the actual situation in the company, three companies of soldiers (where there is good company, also has bad company; company also has arms with infantry, company, the infantry company management than the arms company strictly, the arms company is a car even, tanks, repair even etc.) as the research object, using social network analysis method, extraction of 320 soldiers sample survey. Further the company of these four kinds of relations is analyzed, such as density, network cohesion degree and centrality, resulting in three companies of four small groups between differences. In order to study the soldier is how to use these relationships in their emotional, physical, and social help, from these differences for the company to build the stability of the proposed reference data, facilitating superior to basic level company management level quality judgment.
