Dear Applicant,
Please click to have access to the respective Section of the Application Form and fill in the required information as appropriate.Before you save and submit the application form,you may logout the application at any stages by clicking Logout and you may login later to continue updating the application form.

After completion of this section,please go to Attached Files Section to upload the copy of HKID card or passport/other identity document of home country and submit them together with your application,
or please fax/post the copy of HKID card or passport/other identity document of home country to the Office of Graduate School (located at Level 7,Fong Shu Chuen Library,Ho Sin Hang Campus),Hong Kong Baptist University,Kowloon Tong,Hong Kong.Please jot down your name and application number for our identification purpose.
(Please type in English,except for the Name in Chinese and Correspondence Address in Chinese.)
(If you have any problems in filling your name and correspondence address in Chinese,please upload the information already saved in Microsoft Word format.)
(The name must be identical with that used on the HKID card,passport or other identity document of applicant's home country.)

Academic Qualifications
List in reverse chronological order (Photocopies of original certificate(s)/transcript(s) MUST be attached.Applicants should arrange the official transcript(s) to be sent direct from the original institution(s) to the University upon receipt of the admission offer.HKBU graduates/students would be exempted from submitting official transcript(s) and certificate(s) for their previous/current studies in the University.)
After completion of this section,please go to Attached Files Section to upload the copies of certificate(s)/transcript(s) and submit them together with your application,
