All notices, statements and other communications to be given, submitted or made hereunder by one Party to the other shall be given in writing in English and shall be deemed validly served by hand delivery or by telex or by facsimile or by prepaid registered letter sent through the post to the address or number as the case may be of the other Party given herein and marked for the attention of the person/department named herein or to such other address or number or person/department as may from time to time be notified for this purpose. Any notice served by hand shall be deemed to have been served on delivery, any notice served by facsimile shall be deemed to have been served upon transmission, any notice served by telex shall be deemed to have been served on receipt of answer back advice, and any notice served by prepaid registered letter shall be deemed to have been served two (2) days if to a local address or seven (7) days if to an overseas address after the time at which it was posted. In proving service it shall be sufficient to prove that the notice, statement or other communication was properly addressed and sent, delivered or posted, as the case may be. For the purpose of this Clause, unless otherwise temporarily agreed, the address, facsimile and telex numbers of the parties and the persons/departments to whom attention shall be marked are:
