When you select a pallet to run,that pallet is automatically loaded
into the machining position by its order number if multiple setup is
On.Activate the View Pallet menu and proceed as follows:
Note:If a pallet icon is not displayed,it is not physically present
(page icon shown).To enable a pallet icon,touch to activate 'Pallet
Present' for the chosen pallet via the Edit facility of the View Pallet
menu.
Icons which are not blue in colour are not ready for execution.In
the example below,Pallet #111 is ready to run.Pallet #222 is not
ready.
This may be used to mark pal-
lets ready to run but only if set-
ups are defined on each pallet.
Touch to select.The pallet will
turn blue in color.

as follows:
The pallet not in the machining
position is marked 'Not Ready'.
Deleting Pallets
Touch,press or set
the following
Assume pallet #1111 data is to be deleted.
Comments
Touch to highlight pallet #111
in Pallet List.
Pallet ID #111 is scheduled to
run.Are you sure you want to
delete it?
Pallet #111 is deleted from the
Pallet List.
Related data in the Pallet Off-
set table is also reset.To add
a pallet refer to 'Adding Pal-
lets'.
