本文通过对东风汽车零部件集团有限公司下的一些创新能力较强的三资公司进行实证分析,针对当前阻碍汽车企业技术创新的一些具体原因,运用相关理论加以分析,为汽车企业技术创新提出管理策略方面的改善意见.笔者认为,在引进外资并学习到先进管理方法与技术后,必须立足国情,加以改进、完善,在先进技术与管理经验的不断整合中,在企业内部形成一套创新机制,使技术创新能够源源不断.
