As what people always says"No sports,no life".Nowadays the people who live in city easy to gain weight.It's because their eating habies is not for for the health and they dont have time to do exercise as well.Therefore,the best way to keep fit is taking more exercises and have health diet at the same time.In big city it's hard to find place to do exercise,but still you can see lots of young people go skateboarding on the sideway.There are lots of way to keep healthy as long as you want to try.
