脱落酸(absicsic acid,ABA)作为植物体内一种重要的植物激素参与多种信号转导途径,尤其在植物抵御外界不良环境影响,如干旱、低温等逆境下起着尤为重要的作用,素有“逆境激素”之称.钙是植物必须的营养元素,同时也在植物对环境的反应（低温、干旱和盐渍化逆境）和适应中起着十分重要的作用.本实验通过使用含不同浓度ABA（1mg/L、2mg/L、5mg/L）和不同浓度（5mmol/L、15mmol/L）钙离子的GS培养基培养两个品种酿酒葡萄的试管苗,期间不断观察并记录其生长情况,寻找 ABA和钙离子对葡萄生长的最适宜浓度,以期为葡萄设施栽培、品种选育提供一定的理论依据.
