摘要
本文首先对影子银行进行了理论研究，影子银行体系是在金融创新，金融自由化以及金融全球化之中一同发展的，影子银行是正规金融机构的有益补充，其运作强化了金融服务功能，增强了金融市场流动性，对我国金融市场有着积极的意义，但其具有天然的脆弱性加大了市场波动性，且在发生风险时缺乏有效的流动性支持，形成不容忽视的风险，并在2008年金融危机中受到重创，导致其问题不断突显。近年来，金融业在中国的快速发展，影子银行体系越来越为业界讨论的焦点之一，置于银行业改革与监管热点问题。介于影子银行体系定义较为不清晰，也为金融监管带来了麻烦。加强影子银行所带来的风险成为了一个刻不容缓的任务。对中山市影子银行体系监管分析采用文献综述方法，得出现有状况下监管不力，为进一步深入研究影子银行体系相关问题提供理论借鉴和经验支持。本文通过对中山市影子银行体系及运行机制分析，并针对现有的影子银行体系现状提出了进一步加强中山市影子银行体系监管发展思路及对策。

Abstract
This essay first analyses the shadow banking system theoretically. Shadow banking system gradually developed against the backdrop of financial innovation, financial freedom and financial globalisation. Shadow banks are beneficial supplements for formal financial institutions. Their operation enhances the financial service, strenghtens the financial market liquidity and makes a postive impact on our national fiancial market. However, their intrinsic vulnerability worsens market fluctuation. Moreover, under a risky situation, shadow banks lack effective liquidity support, posing a severe danger that is no longer negligible. In 2008 financial crisis, shadow banks were severly battered, causing the continuous emergence of new problems. In recent years, finance industry developed rapidly in China and shadow banking system is gradually becoming one of the central issues discussed in the industry, amongst other issues like overhaul of banking system and bank regulation. Since the definition of shadow banking system is elusive, it also causes problems in financial regulation. We need to prioritise the strengthening of regulation of shadow banking in our agenda list. The analysis of shadow banking system in Zhongshan municipality is based on literature review method. We conclude that the regulation is wanting currently. This provides theoretical reference and empirical support for further study relevant problms about shadow banking system. This essay analyses the shadow banking system in Zhongshan municipality and its operating mechanisms, and suggests the further strengthening of shadow banking system regulation as a solution to the existing shadow banking system.
