有没有朋友抽空帮我翻译一下以下包装机械的客户要求定做的以下信息谢谢We have had to modify our existing machine as follows:-The heating cylinders in the water jacket surrounding the hopper have been replaced by insulated hearing wire wrapped around the outside of the water jacketed hopper.This wire is still controlled by the existing temperature control.We then wrapped insulating material around this wire to help heat loss.( The heating cylinders were constantly causing the electrical system to trip out.) The horizontal heating jaws were replaced by identical sized jaws but with a finer criss-cross pattern similar to that on the vertical heating jaws.There are no cutting blades on these jaws.( With the cutting blade in the middle of the jaws,we always had a smear of honey on the finished product) To cut on bubble from then next ( we call the finished product a honey bubble) and to insert a cut at the side of the top sealed area,we have mounted two pairs of scissors under the horizontal sealing jaws by two bolts attached to the sealing jaws.(This works well but there is always a danger of an employee cutting their fingers off if they try to fix a problem in that area). On a new machine,we would like to incorporate (1) & (2) above.I would like to replace the scissors with a second set of jaws containing two cutting blades and suspended under the two horizontal sealing jaws. The main existing problem with the present machine is leaking of honey from the bubble.We test each bubble  for leaks but after a few days we often get this smear of honey,obviously from honey in the ripples of the seal.This causes a sticky feel to all bubbles surrounding it. I have attached a drawing of how to fix this.The filling hose is replaced by a stainless steel pipe,fill pipe,which is synchronized with the horizontal heating jaws.It will need a non drip end so that no honey will flow when the pump is stationery.When the sealing jaws are opening,the fill pipe will extend down to just below the next seal area and the pump will deliver a measured volume of honey.The fill pipe will withdraw to above the sealing jaw level as the sealing jaws come together.I would like the present complicated pump replaced with a simple piston pump which delivers a measured volume of honey.This should be adjustable from 5ml to 20ml.Such pumps are in common use.They have a simple cut-off valve on the inlet side to stop honey returning through the supply pipe.
