本文就是为了解决密封圈表面在机器视觉下呈现出的种种不利因素,经过现场实验,利用DSP捕捉到图像,对图像特点进行分析,得到了一个新的密封圈瑕疵识别算法.能够识别密封圈表面的裂缝、模影、暗纹等瑕疵,从而用基于DSP上的机器视觉检测代替人工肉眼检测,提高检测效率.
