In the informationized modern society,science and technology are in a constant development.Mobile phones play an essential role at the frontier of the information terrain.The exert of the media function of mobile phones is in close relation to the promotion and application of 3G technology.The function of the first generation of mobile communication is limited to "Walkie-Talkie".The function of the second generation of mobile communicaiton is enriched with fax and text message.And the third generation of mobile communication technology (3G network technology) provides a mobile communication speed of several hundreds KB per second to several MB per second,which enables clients to watch smooth streams of tv-quality video programs and to download music with high speed.The rapidly advancing media technology builds a solid foundation for the emerging of varieties of media forms.
