alice was getting very tired .she was sitting with her sister by the river and he sister was reading a book .alice had nothing to do .once or twice she looked into her sister's book ,but it had no pictures or conversations in it ,"and what is a book for ," thought alice ,"without pictures or conversations "
so she was thinking of making a daisy chain when suddenly a white rabbit with pink eyes ran by her .
there was nothing strange about that .and she didn't think it was strange when she heard the rabbit say ." oh dear oh dear!i'll be late " but when the rabbit took a watch out of its pocket and looked at it .alice got up .a rabbit with a pocket and a watch she ran across the field after it .she saw it go down a large rabbit hole under the hedge .
then alice went down after it and never thought about how she was going to get out again

alice很累,她和她姐姐坐在湖边,她姐姐在看书.alice无事可做.间或瞥了两眼她姐姐的书,但是书上没有图片和对话,“这书有什么用,”alice想,“连图片和对话都没有”.
接着正当她打算做一个雏菊花环的时候突然一个有着粉红眼睛的白兔向她跑来.
她想这没有什么奇怪的.甚至在白兔对她说“亲爱的,亲爱的,我快要迟到了”的时候她都不觉得奇怪,但是当白兔从它的口袋里拿出一个手表看时间的时候,alice终于清醒了,一只有口袋有手表的兔子?于是她跟随兔子跑过田野.她看见它跳入一个树篱下的大兔子洞.
接着alice也跳下了这个洞并且未成想过她跳下后要如何从里面出来.
