Get Moving:In 1996 Lise Gauvin,an assistant professor of social and preventive medicine at the University of Montreal,studied 86 women who agreed to monitor (监控) their moods after workouts.She found that after exercise starts,most participants (参与者) became enthusiastic,more energetic (积极的) and calmer.
