The close attention of the leaders is manifested in the following aspects: The first aspect is ideological emphases. Recognize and orientate bilingual teaching from the strategic view of training talents in accordance with the needs of modernization, the world and the future. Earnestly study and understand the No.4 Document about the spirit of positively promoting the use of English and other foreign language for teaching. The second aspect is organizational emphases. Schools should establish the leader groups and advisory committees of the bilingual teaching in time.
